Dog Friendly Accommodation (2 dogs maximum) - on the strict condition that all pets are kept downstairs, not left unattended in the house, the Garden is cleared of any dog waste and a non refundable surcharge of £30 is applied.

Non-refundable deposit - £100 Deposit to secure Booking.

Remaining Balance - Paid 12 weeks prior holiday.

Refundable Housekeeping/Damage Deposit - £100 to be paid at the time of booking, this will be refunded after your stay.

Check-In - from 4pm

Check-out - by 10am

Terms & Conditions

Guests agree to that a non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable at time of reservation to secure booking, if booking is within 12 weeks of holiday the full rental charge along with house keeping deposit must be paid in full.

In the event of cancellation within 12 weeks of arrival all monies will be forfeit unless A.N. Other books this accommodation, in this case all monies will be refunded less £100 Deposit.  It is advisable to take out your own Travel Insurance.

Please leave our home clean, tidy and any breakages paid for. 

Bracara Cottages is Non-Smoking property.

Covid 19 Policy 

Please note, we will only refund or transfer dates if we are advised to close by the government & your booked dates are within the closure dates. 

In the event of a local lockdown affecting the area you live in we will discuss steps to support you with alternative dates to stay. In the event of a local lockdown affecting our properties we will offer a transfer of dates or a refund. 

Please ensure that you follow all Government guidance on travel if you or any member of your party are unwell before arrival. We cannot accept guests self-isolating at our property.

If a guest becomes unwell during their stay, we ask that guests immediately return to their main residence in line with Government guidance.

Please also inform us if anyone in the party becomes unwell or has a positive swab for Covid 19 as this will affect sanitiser protocols.

We cannot offer refunds if guests cannot complete their stay, early departure does not warrant a rental decrease. 

If a guest cannot reasonably return home (for example, because they are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority. Guests should follow Government guidance on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. If they are too unwell to travel, they will be liable for the additional rental for any longer period staying and costs of any subsequent cancellations incurred.

We urge guests to ensure they have adequate Travel Insurance.
